We went back and forth on picking a Cardinals or a Red Sox hat. Luke's allegiance is to the Red Sox this morning but considering he's a former Cardinal he may change his mind again.

Crazy treats

We made a trip to our local candy store, Greene's, and found some unusual treats. G has a lollipop that resembles vomit, though apparently cotton candy flavor. Luke has the world's largest fudge pop, the picture only shows the half he hasn't eaten yet!

We stopped by the farm on the way home from the beach last weekend and picked 2 gallons!  Graham in particular was a strawberry picking machine once he got the hang of only picking the red ones.

Special Visitor at School

The President visited Luke and Graham's school on Valentine's Day.  Parents were NOT invited, but we did hear that the 3 and 4 year olds got to sing Pete the Cat "Rockin in my School Shoes" with him, though Luke reports he wasn't singing much.  We found this photo on the white house site.  Luke is in the front row, facing the camera, roughly in front of the guitar player at the mic.  Afterwards, the President gave a speech at our Rec Center and drove by our house on his way back to Air Force One.

That graham-bam belly is holding 3/4 of an apple, 1 piece of watermelon, 3 chicken nuggets, 1 chicken and apple brat ( no bun) and 3 carrots. What a dude! Anyone want dessert?
